Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery occurs within 2-4 business days in Croatia and 5-7 within EU, contingent on your geographic location.

Can I change the contents of my order?

Alterations to your order are possible within 24 hours of placement. Please reach out to our customer support team for prompt assistance.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

In case of lost or stolen orders, contact our customer service immediately. We will initiate a courier investigation and explore replacement or refund options as necessary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is my payment information secure?

We prioritize your security. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology, and we do not store any of your payment information.

Can I pay in installments?

We offer an interest-free installment payment option through our partner, Corvus. Simply choose Corvus as your payment method during checkout.

Is buying through the online shop safe?

You don't have to worry! Your purchase and your data are safe and protected with us. We have a secure protection system across the entire site, so you don't have to worry. Likewise, all your payments are secured by the largest banks in Europe.

Do you offer international shipping?

We deliver products from our online store to
the cities in the Republic of Croatia and certain EU countries.

How can I track my order?

email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor
your order's progress on our courier's website.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on the
destination and weight of the order. All shipping fees will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. 

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not available during the time of
delivery, our courier will usually attempt to deliver your package multiple
times or leave a note with instructions to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up
from a local depot.

What if my order was damaged in transport?

Our products will be packed in such a way that they can not be damaged by
common manipulation in transport. The buyer is obliged to check for possible
damages when picking up the product and immediately advise delivery worker who
delivered the goods and refuse to accept the shipment where there are visible
external damage.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be in new and unused condition. Images show bottles with
batches that can be different from series (Batch no.) to be delivered to the
buyer. We do not guarantee the delivery of batch numbers on images but once
that we have available on our stock. The difference in the product and batch
image series supplied to the customer is not a reason for the return of the
delivered product.

Will I be charged for returning a product?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our
part.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive the returned item, please
allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and initiate a refund to the
original payment method.
