We've meticulously adjusted the botanical ratios while maintaining the essence of our signature blend, featuring six handpicked botanicals from the diverse landscapes of Croatia.

American oak gives us sweetness, vanilla, and smokiness at the back while Croatian oak builds pleasant bitterness and dry fruit.

Barrel Aged Old Pilot’s Gin is perfect in cocktails usually mixed with whiskey as the border between whiskey and gin fades away.

Full process from preparation, distillation, maturation, bottling, labeling and wax sealing is done by hand. Every bottle is unique and special.
