Four Grain Whiskey is the first release from our distillery. It's a complex spirit that reimagines tradition with a fresh, modern approach. Inspired partly by the precision of Scottish craft and the bold expressiveness of American whiskey, we’ve combined the best of both worlds and added our own unique touch. Made from four carefully chosen grains—corn, barley, spelt, and rye—this whiskey will lift your spirits!

UNCONVENTIONAL PROCESS, UNMATCHED EXPERIENCE

The ageing process of Four Grain Whiskey is as unconventional as its flavour profile. The spirit spent its first two years in small, 30-litre American oak (Quercus alba) barrels. These barrels are brand new (virgin oak) and heavily charred (Char #3), resulting in deep extraction and a structured body. After two years of maturation, the whiskey was finished in large, 190-litre barrels that previously held American rye whiskey. By reversing the usual ageing sequence, we achieved a considerably stronger extraction. We also embrace natural temperature changes during the ageing process, allowing the whiskey to interact fully with the wood and develop its character.
